Hello, and welcome to our new website. The purpose of this site is to show people a little taste of The Motel. If you like to stay somewhere that is calm and relaxing, this is a great place for you. It has that small town feel and of course it is family owned so you know you will get great service.
Recently we had a bad fire breakout in one of our bars. It was Dee's Bar and Grill. The building was a total loss. The owner also lived up stairs and lost her buisness and home. The fire also ruined Art's Tavern, two buildings away.We are all hoping that Dee decides to rebuild. Her bar and grill was a pillar to the community. The bar brought lots of hunters in to the town and helped keep this town running.We will all hope that we don't lose the best place in town to eat and have a good time. We will have more updates on Dee's Bar and if she plans to rebuild. So check back later.

If you love all differant kinds of flowers you will love it here. Every year the owner, Gladys Stibal and her daughter in law, Savanah Stibal, Plant tons of flowers and plants in the many flower gardens and the very unique rock gardens.
