The Lidgerwood Area has alot to offer to families and people who love to be outdoors. Just in town Lidgerwood offers a park with a public pool, a 9 hole golf course, a bowling alley, and a campground. We also have many places to go out and eat choose from. There is T&E's Bar and Grill, and in the summer months there is also Tootsies Drive-in.

Also in the area there is the Dakota Magic Casino, which is approximately 24 miles from The Motel.

There is also the Tewaukon Wildlife Refuge about 12 miles from The Motel. The refuge offers hunting and fishing. It has many differant boat ramps for you to use. For more information on the refuge please go to http://tewaukon.fws.gov.

We are also only 30 miles away from the Sheyanne National Grasslands.There you can go hiking, horseback riding, and also bird watching.

If you like to go to the lake there is Silver Lake and campground about 26 miles from The Motel. Silver Lake has a nice beach, and the fishing isn't bad either. Silver Lake also has a boat ramp. It is a great place to have a picnic or go swimming.

There is also Lake Elsie and Supper Club located 13 miles from here. Here at Lake Elsie there is also a nice beach and fishing too.

There is also Buffalo Lake. It is about 20 miles from Lidgerwood. This lake is only good for fishing. This lake also has a boat ramp for convenience.
